On a fire..

That investigators initially thought might've been "arson".

"the fire" happened "monday" at apartments "near 19th" and "warren streets".

"the fire chief"..

Told us today..

"an electrical issue" caused that fire.

People near-by reported "hearing explosions".

Then..

"they say"..

Someone ran from the apartment.

"investigators" orginially were treating this "as a possible arson".

At least one of the apartments..

Was destroyed in the fire.
