State police say tyler mcbain was found dead in his apartment on seneca avenue.
Another tenant of the home gave police a vehicle description.
--that vehicle was located on the thruway near the geneva exit.
State police say the driver would not pull over.
--a police chase ended when the driver crashed into a ditch.
The suspect's name has not been released...as they are not yet charged.
There is a vigil planned for tonight at vets field, in oneida, for the 22 year old victim.
