Nineteen year old angel may carter's mother and grandmother say she had a promising life ahead- she was going to be a model, but turned it down- now they say she'll never get the chance to try again.

None of that because he stole it from her."police are searching for 40-year-old thomas jermaine jackson who they have identified as a person of interest in the shooting ... investigators say jackson ... who has not been charged ... was in the room next to angel's.

Her mother says she tried to keep angel away from him.
