Thousands of people are gathering in central London today (August 29th) to voice their anger at the ongoing restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The so-called "Unite for Freedom" protesters want an easing of measures such as the mandatory wearing of face masks.
Some of the protesters are also concerned by restrictions on movement and the possibility of mandatory vaccines for the virus.
Under current UK law no vaccines are compulsory.
