The aftermath video, filmed in the city of Linfen in Shanxi Province on August 30, shows firefighters searching and rescuing people buried under the collapsed restaurant.
According to reports, an elderly man named Li was having his 80-year-old birthday party in the restaurant when the incident happened.
Firefighters found 57 people, 29 of them were dead, seven suffered serious injuries and 21 had minor injuries.
The case is being investigated.
