Thursday marked the third anniversary since Meiko Locksley was shot and killed in Columbia.

He was just 25-years-old.

THREE YEARS AGO THEFAMILY WAS STUNNED WHEN THEIRSON, MEIKO LOCKSLEY, WASGUNNED DOWN.
