WAAY 31's Breken Terry reports from Muscle Shoals Football Stadium after asking the superintendent how the first full week went, and what changes fans should see when it comes to football.

Game.

Superintendent chad holden told me the first full week of regular school went really well.

I asked him what they're doing to keep fans safe here at the game.

He said the district is keeping this stadium below 50% capacity, on a normal game night it can hold about 4,500 people.

You will have to wear a mask while in the stadium.

Holden does expect that this will be semi hard to enforce and possibly some people will take masks off.

He said they are asking people to please keep them on if they are seated within 6 feet of someone.

The district limited ticket sales for this game to about 2,000.

You can only buy tickets online through an app.

There are no ticket sales at the gate and no exceptions.

There's only concession stand this year.

Workers will wear masks, gloves, and only sell preprepared food.

There are also signs to help people social distance in line.

Holden told me the district played it's first junior varsity football game last night and some people didn't have the technology on their phones to buy tickets.

We said from the very beginning this is a time where we need as much time and cooperation and understanding as possible.

We don't like the situation were in anymore than anyone else does but it's just something we have to do right now holden said everyone invovled in the game from referees, players and coaches will all have their temperatures taken.

Spectators will not.
