Utica police responded to a report of a man threatening a woman with a gun.

Police body-worn camera video captures the chaos of officers trying to arrest the suspect....and secure the gun :51 "i got it it's secured right there in my front seat" then, as officers try and put the suspect, kerwin taylor, into a police van, officer matthew fellito stomps on his head.

Taylor's wrists and ankles were restrained.
