Sectionals begin at fendrich.

The top three teams and individuals advance to regionals next week at country oaks in washington.

Let's start on three.

That's where we find mater dei's kelly blair... the wildcat chipping from just outside the fringe..

Blair later puts in the putt.

She cards an 88.

Mater dei takes third as a team to advance.

Next up we have samantha lawrence of castle.

On one she's chipping as well.

The knight getting this ball to run on the green a little bit... and later drops it in the hole for a par.

She finishes with an 84 on her afternoon.

Moving on to lauren le.

Also on one..

The former scholar athlete of the week is putting for birdie... and she drains it.

Le finishes 7th with a 79.

Next we have her teammate chloe johnson on 3 putting for par.

The junior sinks her shot and finishes in a tie for 5th place.

The other 5th place finisher?

That would be hailey kirkland of castle..

Also on three... she's hitting from the sand trap on the side..

But she gets a friendly roll on the shot and would later finish it off for par.

Kirkland cards a 77 for the day..

Up next we have regan sohn... on one she's chipping from the fairway..

Sohn finds the green..

And soon after finishes it off for par.

Sohn takes 4th place with a 75.

Our final castle knight is lydia bauersfeld..

On three the sophomore taking her cuts from the fairway... skying one and finding the green.

But check this next shot out.

Baursfeld making it look easy dropping the long range birdie putt home.

She takes third place with a 71.

Our next golfer is destynie sheridan on hole number one.

The husky also showing off her putting game.

This is for par.

Sheridan finishes second with an even 70.

And her teammate faith johnson owns the day.

On 5 johnson from the fairway hits the green and later finishes it for par.

She is your gold medalist.

The huskies win the sectional crown for the 9th consecutive year with a team score of 291.
