The waves, high tides and storm surge associated with hurricane Teddy were perfectly captured by Gregg Marks as large waves soak a gentleman watching the scene from the main road.
Teddy has been slowing crawling up into the northeast of the US bringing coastal flooding, strong winds and high tides.
