New tonight---a tri-state man is arrested after police say he set a fire out of revenge.... evansville police say this happened in the one-hundred block of north third avenue last weekend.... we're told the victim originally called 9-1-1 to report a fire at her utility trailer just outside their door.... police say surveillance video showed misael colon at the home... authorities say he also admitted to starting the fire---saying he hoped the victims would have died.... colon is being held in the vanderburgh county jail on a one-thousand dollars
