These guidelines are for all gatherings and parties - either at someone's house or at a park like this one.

Lisa almaguer/butte co public health: there is always a concern when new guidance comes out and things loosen, that we could see an increase in cases.

Kristian: gatherings of three or more households are not permitted at parks or other outside spaces, and if you're having a halloween party at your home the state recommends you take down peoples names and numbers in case you they have to do contact tracing later on.

The state's new guidelines also say you should have your parties outside and only let guests in to use the restroom.

Health officials say during these events you should continue wearing masks and following social distancing rules.

Again they are recommending no more than three households for gatherings at parks and events at home.
