That's where the team is getting ready to take on gunterville.

Max... tonight is a good one -- a boaz team that has already secured a spot in the playoffs is taking on the unbeaten guntersville wildcats.

The boaz pirates have played 8 games this season -- winning five and losing three -- averaging 34 points per game.

The team faces a big test today as they host guntersville-- an undefeated team that's outscoring opponents 290 to 38 including two shutouts.

Boaz head coach jeremy sullivan says they're preparing for this game just like any other.

"play physical, play fast, make plays when we get a chance.

Need to be able to run the football, we gotta make tackles and block people that's just -- no matter if you're playing guntersville or sardis or the green bay packers, it's all the same.

That's stuff that wins and loses football games."
