After reportedly shooting two of his children in perry county.

Shot his children, ages two and twelve, at the their home in vicco , earlier this month.
Another child and the children's mother... were in the home at the time of the shootings.but they were not hurt.
According to state police..
The two- year-old, died from her injuries, after she was taken to a hosptial.
A preliminary hearing, in the case was scheduled for tuesday but according to the perry district court judge... the case is going directly to a grand jury..
After both sides agreed to a written order earlier today.
