Kentucky secretary of state michael adams says more than 689-thousand kentuckians have voted in-person already this election.
He also says 79 percent absentee balllots issued ahve been returned.
But fayette county clerk don blevins says things have been slow for the county..
He says not enough people are voting to prevent long lines on tuesday...and hes encouraging everyone to vote before then.
