Police warn Redding residents about 'porch pirates' this holiday season

Officers say the man was wearing something he stole.

Redding police sunday arrested this man --isiah cash.

Police say he was wearing a child's spiderman backpack... which had been in a package, stolen from a porch early sunday morning.

The spiderman backpack has been returned to the family.
