Family patriarch Gerald Davenport (Reginald VelJohnson) summons his feuding family home for Christmas with exciting news—he won the lottery!
His youngest daughters, Nicole (Brave Williams) and Tammy (Candiace Bassett), immediately fly home to see their dad and his winnings, but their older sister, Deirdre (Asia’h Epperson), is annoyed it took their dad winning the lottery for Nicole and Tammy to finally come home.
While the sisters argue over who has been the most responsible in taking care of their ailing mother, Diane (Kay-Megan Washington), and the family restaurant, Gerald takes his time turning in the lottery ticket to enjoy some long overdue family time.
However, when Diane misplaces the ticket and can’t remember where she put it, Nicole, Tammy and Deirdre must work together to find the ticket that could change their lives by Christmas Day.
