My heart pains that child of 'Maa Bharti' is called outsider in WB: Governor Dhankhar

West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on January 09 appealed to not indulge in any divisive activity.

He said, "My heart pains that ignoring constitutional provisions, a child of 'Maa Bharti' is called an outsider in West Bengal because he does not belong to the state.

We all are the children of 'Maa Bharti' and we believe in our unity.

No person living in this land can be an outsider.

And that being so, I appeal to everyone please let us not engage into such kind of divisive activity.

I ensure no one in the country will go contrary to this because this is theme and soul of Indian constitution."
