And--- owensboro public big brothers-big sisters of southwestern indiana-- are currently looking for volunteer mentors --to help out 95 children on their waiting list.... and right now--- they have an*urgent need for men mentors with -- 75 boys on that list seeking committed mentors to help make a positive impact in a child's life... the campaign the non-profit started is called "100 mentors in 100 days"--- to help kick off the new year..... "january's national mentoring month, we thought it was a great opportunity to kick off this campaign.
We have several children on our waiting list and 75 of them are boys, and so we're highlighting that, we're specifically recruiting male mentors, but really all mentors.
And so our goal is to find 100 new mentors in 100 days."
