Through Healthcare Network’s COVID-19 Response Team, community health workers have provided door-to-door outreach with culturally appropriate educational materials and messaging as well as a COVID-19 Resource Line, testing and vaccinations.
COVID-19 efforts are in addition to providing primary and behavioral healthcare for all ages, dental care and pharmacy.
