During his interaction with students and professors at Tamil Nadu's St.
Xavier's College, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claimed policies for education system in country is made without consulting professors or students.
"If we are going to have any policy made for the education system, then, it has to come from a conversation with students and professors.
Unfortunately, this was not done," said Rahul Gandhi.
