Abrams: Voting rights should be exempt from filibuster

Voting rights advocate Stacey Abrams tells CNN’s Jake Tapper that while she doesn’t believe Democrats need to fully eliminate the filibuster, they can’t allow it to be used to protect efforts to restrict voting rights.
