Macon Bacon partners with Bibb County Fire for Pink Pancake Breakfasts

The pink pancake breakfasts are adding bacon to the mix — Macon Bacon.

This year for cherry blossom... the pink pancake breakfast ... will have bacon added to the mix.

This year... you can get **bacon** with your pink pancakes.... at luther williams stadium.

That's thanks to a partnership ... between the "macon bacon" team and the macon bibb county fire department.

Over the years... the pink pancake breakfast... is usually held inside.

But with covid protocols ... organizers made sure all festival events ... are outside this year.

"they are either outdoors or they are done in a different way so although you might have been coming to the cherry blossom festival for years, it's going to look and feel different in order to do it safely for you but it's also going to be more fun at the same time."

The breakfasts take place march 20th and 27th... at luther williams field.
