Firefighter rescues baby deer as wildfire burns forest in southern Russia

A firefighter managed to rescue a baby deer as a wildfire burnt through a forest in Chelyabinsk, southern Russia.

A firefighter managed to rescue a baby deer as a wildfire burnt through a forest in Chelyabinsk, southern Russia.

Footage from July 8 shows the firefighter carrying the fawn to safety away from the blaze.

The baby deer is currently safe.
