Year to date, Occidental Petroleum registers a 92.4% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Medtronic, trading down 5.3%.
Medtronic is showing a gain of 3.2% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are NetApp, trading down 3.6%, and Diamondback Energy, trading up 4.6% on the day.
