May questions 'legality' and 'efficacy' of Rwanda policy

Former PM Theresa May tells the House of Commons she "does not support" the government's Rwanda policy on the grounds of "legality, practicality and efficacy".

She asks Home Secretary Priti Patel what "evidence" she has to show that the scheme will not lead to an increase in the "trafficking of women and children".
