PM: Of course I didn't mislead Parliament over parties

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says "of course" he didn't mislead Parliament and argues that a vote due to take place today should not happen until the investigation into parties at Downing Street is "completed".

He explains he is keen for "every possible form of scrutiny" and that the House is free to do whatever it wishes, but does not believe a vote should happen at this time.
