Chief Constable of Mersyside Police Serena Kennedy described how the killer of Olivia Pratt-Korbel 'forced his way' into Olivia's house while pursuing another man and showed 'complete disregard for Olivia' when he shot her in the chest.
She died in hospital later that evening.
