The new health secretary has vowed to be a "champion for patients", as she set out a two-week waiting target for GP appointments in her NHS plan on Thursday.
Therese Coffey said: "Our plan for patients sets out very clearly the priorities that I believe are necessary in order to make sure that we are delivering expectations patients have." Report by Buseld.
