A man spent the last 11 months trying to con Scottish courts into believing he was Arthur Knight, an orphan from Ireland who has never been to the US.
It was alleged that ‘Arthur Knight’ was lying, and was actually Nicholas Rossi - a fugitive rape suspect who had been fighting extradition to the US.
