The Kanjhawala Delhi accident case has left the country shocked with many more details and facts coming to the fore since the probe began.
Police have now traced a woman who was riding pillion with 20-year-old Anjali Singh, the accident victim, on her scooter but had fled after their scooter was hit by a car on New Year in outer Delhi and have recorded her statement.
