Gluten, Latin for glue, is a family of protein's found in grains/starches such as wheat, barley, rye, spelt, wheat germ, matzo, kamut, farina, couscous, triticale, semonila, graham flour, & bulgar.

There are two main proteins found in Gluten.

They are Glutenin, & Gliadin.

Out of both of these proteins, Gliadin is responsible for the majority of adverse health effect's from Gluten consumption.

These proteins do not belong in the human diet unless for survival, and create more damage than good when consumed.

Aside from the fact that Gluten is very difficult to digest, we no longer consume the natural, non-GMO Wheat and gluten containing products that our ancient ancestors did.

We now consume mass produced, pesticide/herbicide/larvacide/insecticide riddled wheat/grains/gluten containing foods that are loaded full of contaminants, heavy metals, and toxic byproducts from the agricultural industry, & to add insult to injury - the typical American consumes over 130 lbs of Wheat a year!!
