Franklin Tucker is one of three individuals, including Rory "Detroit" Wilson and Travis Johnson, who were arrested and charged by the Monroe County State Attorney's Office.
The charges stem from the November 17, 2017, robbery of Paula Belmonte and the subsequent murder of Matthew Bonnett on a property famously known as the "Tree House" on Stock Island.
