Ryan Garcia is taking a whole new level of crazy in his comments today about his plans for WBC light welterweight champion Devin Haney on April 20th.
His comments sound unhinged, almost comical, suggesting that he views this match as more of a streetfight than a boxing match.
Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) intends to bring the war to Haney (31-0, 15 KOs), potentially using Mike Tyson-level tactics with bitting, potentially turning it into a brawl along the same lines as Iron Mike’s press conference with Lennox Lewis on January 22, 2002.
