New Yorkers were stripped of their ability to apply for Global Entry and Trusted Traveler Programs after New York Democrats passed a bill giving illegal immigrants drivers licenses and cut off access for Department of Homeland Security's agencies to DMV databases which they rely on to confirm there are no pending criminals charges for Trusted Traveler applicants.
