Ottniel Baartman is a South African cricketer. He made his first-class debut for South Western Districts in the 2014–15 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 22 January 2015. In September 2018, he was named in Northern Cape's squad for the 2018 Africa T20 Cup. In September 2019, he was named in Northern Cape's squad for the 2019–20 CSA Provincial T20 Cup.
