Malawi: Top Court Upholds Presidential Election Re-Run

[VOA] Malawi's Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by President Peter Mutharika and the Malawi Electoral Commission and upheld the order for a re-run of the presidential election held a year ago in which Mutharika won a second term.
