Rwanda: Over 70 People Involved in Counterfeit Degrees in Last 3 Years - Investigation Bureau

[New Times] The Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) says that 75 people were suspected of forging educational credentials over the last three years from July 2020 to April 2023. Of the 75, 52 were male and 23 were female.
