Texas' extreme cold snap has killed residents in their bedrooms, vehicles and backyards

A deadly cold descended on Texas this week. At least 58 people have died in storm-affected areas stretching to Ohio, including victims of carbon monoxide poisoning, car crashes, drownings, house fires and hypothermia.
