A culture of giving: Steinbach, Man., recognized for leading the country in generosity

Statistics suggest Steinbach may be the most generous city in Canada. City residents donate 4.31 per cent of their income to charity, which far exceeds the national average of 0.62 per cent. The only city to come close in Winkler, which is also in southeastern Manitoba.
