WA to reopen border to NSW and Victoria as planned in wake of outbreak scare

Premier Mark McGowan said New South Wales remained in the ‘very low’ risk category despite a hotel quarantine worker becoming the first community case of coronavirus in 26 days on Thursday - two days short of the state achieving ‘elimination’ status.
