Australia's climate commitments 'inadequate', Turnbull says

Former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said his successor would be 'sending a message about his priorities' should he not attend the Glasgow COP-26 climate summit. Prime Minister Scott Morrison is yet to make a decision on whether he will attend.
