AFL launches investigation into spectator’s alleged racial slur

The AFL’s integrity unit, the Crows and Adelaide Oval management are investigating after an Adelaide supporter was accused of directing a “racially motivated comment” towards Carlton defender Adam Saad on Saturday night.
