Killer Whales Attack, Completely Take Out Sailing Yacht 'Alboran Cognac'

If Mother Nature is keeping score on this, the humans are taking a beating. A pod of several orcas attacked and sunk a sailing yacht last weekend in the Straight of Gibraltar, taking the number of these incidents near a couple of hundred. Incidents involving killer whales and small vessels, usually underway, with engines or sails, have tripled since 2020 in this particular region.
