Global ad agency hires former Hallmark, Cerner exec

Kansas City's biggest #advertising agency, VMLY&R, has hired a former Hallmark Cards Inc. leader as director of employee experience.  In her new role, Rashel Hughley will lead human resources and employee experience at the company's Kansas City headquarters.
