Colorado AG plans suit to block EPA's rollback of fuel-efficiency mandates

Colorado will file a legal challenge against President Donald Trump and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Tuesday’s announced rollback of vehicle-fuel-efficiency regulations, Attorney General Phil Weiser announced.
