Wolf administration takes Senate Republicans to court over emergency declaration

Gov. Tom Wolf is taking Senate Republicans to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court over the GOP-controlled Legislature's approval of a resolution this week to end Wolf's Covid-19 emergency declaration, appealing to a higher court after the Senate Republicans took him to Commonwealth Court.
