High-ranking Premier Health executive to retire this month

After more than 30 years with the organization, the president of Premier Health's northernmost hospital plans to retire from the health system at the end of July. Tom Parker, president of Upper Valley Medical Center (UVMC) near Troy, will retire from Premier Health effective July 31, the hospital said Wednesday in a statement.
