D.C.'s self-quarantine order includes travelers from 27 states

D.C. is requiring people making travel into Washington from more than half the United States to self-quarantine because of new surges in Covid-19 cases. Mayor Muriel Bowser announced a self-quarantine order Friday that calls for anyone visiting or traveling to the District for nonessential activities from states deemed hot spots to isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days.
