Ohio will allow childcare centers to return to normal capacity despite the ongoing swell in coronavirus cases, Gov. Mike DeWine said Tuesday. The return to previous rules for class sizes and teacher-to-student ratios takes effect Aug. 9. However, the state will subsidize those centers that opt to continue with strict limits on the number of children per room.
